Tuia Connect Consulting was founded by Te Ahu and Tanz, known as Cuppa Tea Man and Cuppa Tea Lady - because we believe in leaving titles at the door and treating everyone as equals.
With Te Ahu’s Māori heritage and Tanz’s Samoan roots, we bring together a blend of cultural values and professional experience to make a real impact. As our team grows, we stay true to the same spirit - sharing insights and "aha moments" that make a difference.
"Tuia" means to weave or bind in Māori, and that's what we’re all about. We weave diverse perspectives to build strong connections and drive meaningful change.
