Talofa lava. ‘O le ala I le pule o le tautua’ – the path to leadership is through service. I am a proud NZ born Samoan. My family, culture, values and integrity help to shape who I am and my people centric approach to my work. My values align with my passion so I can be of service to others, working with people who want to shift and lift the dial on where they are, to where they want to be. 

I am an organisational development, leadership, performance and wellbeing specialist, facilitator, and relational strengths-based coach. I have over 20 years of working with strategic and frontline leaders and organisations across both the private and public sectors. I also like to give back to the community having been on various boards and serving in the community for non-profit organisations.

My experience centres on coaching and developing people and teams, so that they show up engaged, motivated, happy, and equipped for the work they do now and in the future.

I am a curious lifelong learner. I connect and engage with people to build meaningful relationships, trust and confidence.  The positive impact I strive for is evident when people unlock their potential, realise growth possibilities, and make real connections in a way that sees them navigate change confidently.
