Our name, Tuia, speaks to the act of connecting, weaving, or binding together. More than a word, it reflects the heart of our mahi - weaving people, purpose, and impact in ways that are meaningful and lasting.
With Samoan and Māori roots, our founders bring cultural insight, lived experience, and practical leadership tools into every engagement. What began as a small kaupapa grounded in authenticity and care has grown into a trusted consultancy working alongside leaders, teams, and organisations across Aotearoa and beyond.
