At the heart of everything I do is people. I love seeing others walk in absolute freedom, empowered to lead in the way they’ve been uniquely wired and created to lead. Whether you’re leading self or leading others, I believe each of us is called to thrive in our lane.
I was raised in a whānau where serving others, loving people with wisdom, and walking in freedom weren’t just values they were a way of life. That foundation continues to shape how I show up in the world and in my mahi today.
I bring over 20 years of experience in the education sector, with a heart for growth, in people, in purpose, and in the spaces where transformation takes root. My journey spans leadership, organisational development, coaching, mentoring, facilitation, and building collaborative partnerships across diverse communities.
What drives me is more than strategy - it’s people. I’m passionate about creating spaces where others are seen, challenged, and supported to rise into their full potential. Whether I’m designing programmes, shaping strategy, or walking alongside leaders, I seek to align vision with action, and courage with care.
My approach is grounded in the belief that success isn’t just about outcomes, it’s about growing people who know their worth, walk in their purpose, and lift others as they go.
